Terms of Use

Effective: October 23, 2026 · Version 2026-10-v2 · Published on the owner's instruction (October 23, 2026); not reviewed by a lawyer

These terms are the agreement between you and the PLANORA operator for using the PLANORA EventGuard 360 website (in a desktop or phone browser) and events that use EventGuard 360 devices. There is no PLANORA app to install. Please read them with the Privacy Notice and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. About PLANORA and these terms

PLANORA EventGuard 360 is operated by [Owner input required: legal name of the PLANORA operator] ("PLANORA", "we"). By creating an account, using a pass link or otherwise using PLANORA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PLANORA. Event-specific rules shown to you before you register, book or pay (for example an event's fee, deadline or admission rule) also apply to that event.

2. What PLANORA does and does not do

PLANORA lets CLIENT accounts invite approved Organizers to send private proposals for an event, turns one accepted proposal into one booking and one event, lets the Organizer manage the event's participants, individual passes and supplier arrangements, and records supervised QR Entry and Exit, temperature and humidity readings, reports and reviews.

Payments are made directly to the Organizer. PLANORA records the payment evidence and the Organizer's verification; it does not receive, hold or transfer money for anyone.

Owner and lawyer decision required: whether PLANORA acts only as a platform that connects CLIENTs with independent Organizers, or also as a seller or agent of their services. Until decided, these terms describe what the software does: Organizers set their own services, prices and conditions in their proposals, and the contract for event services is between the CLIENT and the selected Organizer.

Directory entries and verification badges help you choose. A "verified" badge means PLANORA Admin reviewed the documents submitted; it is not a guarantee of quality, permits, availability or performance. A ranking or rating never awards a proposal automatically.

3. Accounts and security

4. Event participants and individual passes

5. CLIENT accounts: event planning and bookings

6. Organizers and event teams

7. Supplier businesses and venues

8. Payments, refunds and cancellations

Amounts are shown before you pay and are calculated by PLANORA from the accepted agreement or the event's admission fee. You pay by sending the money yourself, by GCash, MariBank or GoTyme transfer, to the Organizer's own account shown on the payment page (account name, number and, where provided, a QR code), and then uploading your proof and transfer reference. A payment counts only after the Organizer verifies it; PLANORA then issues one receipt and updates the balance. Transfer fees charged by your bank or e-wallet are set by them, not by PLANORA. PLANORA never asks for your card details, PIN or one-time password. No payment is requested for a free event. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms shown before payment. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or remedies that Philippine consumer law gives you.

9. Content you upload

10. Acceptable use

Do not: probe or bypass security; access data that is not yours; guess or share another person's pass link; upload malware or unlawful files; impersonate anyone; post false reviews, proposals or payment proofs; harass other users; scrape PLANORA; tamper with EventGuard 360 devices or credentials; or use PLANORA to send unsolicited marketing.

11. Event-day assistance and devices

12. Availability and changes

We may update, pause or limit PLANORA for maintenance, security or legal reasons and will try to give notice of planned downtime. When these terms change in a meaningful way, PLANORA shows the new version and asks CLIENT accounts to accept it before they continue; earlier versions and earlier acceptances are kept under their own version.

13. Responsibility and liability

Each Organizer, and each supplier business engaged for an event, is responsible for the services it provides. PLANORA is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care.

[Lawyer review required: any limitation of liability. It must not exclude liability that Philippine law does not allow to be excluded, including under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).]

14. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be suspended by law, and we will explain why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Delete Your Account. Some records must be kept after deletion, as explained there.

15. Governing law, disputes and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also bring complaints to the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission or the courts, as applicable. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. [Lawyer review required: venue for disputes]
