Accessibility Statement
PLANORA should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, high contrast or voice control.
1. Our commitment
PLANORA aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on the PLANORA website in desktop and phone browsers. There is no PLANORA app.
2. Current status
PLANORA is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: some content does not yet fully meet the standard. PLANORA has not had an independent accessibility audit.
3. What we have checked
- Pages declare their language and have titles and headings; legal pages also have landmarks and a "skip to content" link.
- Form fields on the sign-up, sign-in and legal pages have labels; errors are shown as text, not only by colour.
- Main buttons are at least 44 pixels high, and sidebar groups open and close with Enter or Space.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and light and dark modes are both supported.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting where they are used.
- Status messages (such as scan results and saved changes) are announced to screen readers.
4. Known limitations
- Some older staff and admin tables are wide and need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Some decorative images and older supplier portfolio images may lack descriptive alternative text; descriptions for those images are not yet required.
- The QR camera scanner needs sight to aim; event staff can record Entry or Exit manually, with a recorded reason, instead.
- The venue map is visual; the venue name and location are also shown as text.
- Generated PDF documents (quotations, receipts) have not yet been tested with screen readers.
- Screen-reader testing with NVDA, VoiceOver or TalkBack has not yet been done on the CLIENT, Organizer and Admin workspaces.
5. Report a barrier
If something in PLANORA is hard to use, tell us at planoraeventguard360.aurora@gmail.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We will try to give you the information another way while we fix it.
Version history
| Version | Date | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-v2 | October 23, 2026 | Factual scope revision: three account roles (Admin, Organizer, CLIENT); event participants use individual pass links without accounts; suppliers are business records managed by Organizers; no PLANORA mobile app; supervised QR Entry/Exit replaces RFID; device GPS and app location sharing are not collected; the NORA assistant is switched off. Payments are manual only: payers send GCash, MariBank or GoTyme transfers directly to the Organizer and upload proof, a payment counts after the Organizer verifies it, and PLANORA records the evidence but does not hold or transfer money; no online payment processor receives data. No new fee, refund entitlement, retention period or data-sharing purpose was added. |
| 2026-07-v1 | October 7, 2026 (draft) | First published set: five roles (Admin, Organizer, Guest/Client, Supplier, Attendee), web and Android app, QR and RFID attendance. |
When a new version is published, signed-in CLIENT accounts are asked to review and accept it before continuing. Each acceptance is stored with its own version, date and time.
