Delete Your Account
You can ask PLANORA to delete your CLIENT or Organizer account at any time from the PLANORA website. This page explains what happens to your information.
1. How to request deletion
- On the web: sign in, then return to this page (or open Legal & Privacy from your account) and choose Request account deletion.
- Retired Attendee or Supplier accounts can no longer sign in. To ask for deletion of such an account's personal details, e-mail planoraeventguard360.aurora@gmail.com from the e-mail address on the account.
- If you cannot sign in: e-mail planoraeventguard360.aurora@gmail.com from the e-mail address on your account. We will never ask for your password.
You can cancel the request until it is processed.
2. What is deleted
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number and profile photo (replaced with "Deleted User"), and your school, student ID, course, year level, section and gender
- Your password, Google sign-in link, signed-in sessions on all devices, trusted browsers and password-reset links
- Any RFID card linked to older records is deactivated
- Your NORA Assistant conversation history, your notifications, your event location consents and any location coordinates you shared, and any push notification registrations from the retired app
- Your CLIENT planning access (and any retired Supplier portal membership)
After deletion you cannot sign in to the account, and it cannot be restored.
3. What PLANORA must keep
Some records are needed by other people or by law, so they are kept but no longer show your name or contact details:
- Payments, receipts and refunds (financial and tax records)
- Bookings and quotations (the Organizer's and Suppliers' business records)
- Event registrations and attendance records (event reports and security)
- Immediate Assistance and incident records (the event's safety record), without your callback number, coordinates or device details
- Security and audit logs (to investigate misuse)
[Owner and legal input required: how long each kept record is retained; see the retention schedule]
Files you uploaded as part of a booking or payment (for example a payment proof) stay with that record. Messages you sent to other users stay in their conversation.
4. How long it takes
[Owner input required: target processing time for deletion requests] Until it is processed, your account keeps working. An open payment, refund or dispute may need to be settled first; we will tell you if so.
5. Other privacy requests
To get a copy of your data, correct it, or object to processing, see your rights in the Privacy Notice.
Version history
| Version | Date | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-v2 | October 23, 2026 | Factual scope revision: three account roles (Admin, Organizer, CLIENT); event participants use individual pass links without accounts; suppliers are business records managed by Organizers; no PLANORA mobile app; supervised QR Entry/Exit replaces RFID; device GPS and app location sharing are not collected; the NORA assistant is switched off. Payments are manual only: payers send GCash, MariBank or GoTyme transfers directly to the Organizer and upload proof, a payment counts after the Organizer verifies it, and PLANORA records the evidence but does not hold or transfer money; no online payment processor receives data. No new fee, refund entitlement, retention period or data-sharing purpose was added. |
| 2026-07-v1 | October 7, 2026 (draft) | First published set: five roles (Admin, Organizer, Guest/Client, Supplier, Attendee), web and Android app, QR and RFID attendance. |
When a new version is published, signed-in CLIENT accounts are asked to review and accept it before continuing. Each acceptance is stored with its own version, date and time.
